I had a situation last year where I purchased a PLR product -- with resale rights -- and as soon as I sent a message to my list promoting it I was told my PLR was revoked because I had made my offer before a certain date. However, that restriction was was put in place AFTER I made my purchase.

Even if you make sure of your rights, check again.

(Same publisher made my life miserable a couple weeks later when he made me aware of a PLR special he was running and I in turn notified my list -- after purchasing, of course. This time, instead of selling them myself, I sent my list to the offer with my affiliate link -- allowing him the e-mail capture and OTO sales -- and he refused to fulfill any of the purchases because he wasn&#039;t earning any money from the sales.)</description>
